Family history of pre-eclampsia (mother or sister)

Booking diastolic blood pressure ≥ 80 mm Hg

Protein in urine

Multiple pregnancy

Underlying medical conditions:

Pre-existing hypertension

Pre-existing renal disease

Pre-existing diabetes

Presence of antiphospholipid antibodies
